Hello, of course it is well, LaCie does not disappoint (it is true), however the new ones... well I did take three! Very good hard drive with a good recording capacity. I am completely satisfied with this product which fully corresponds to my pc. Impeccable for screens car equipped with a USB port. I recommend. Shame about the delivery time : yet the incompetence of the Post (chronopost, which puts them 8 days to arrive!!!).. Very disappointed (or even upset) by this key brand Transcend. Other, of the same brand (16, 32 and 64 Gb) works perfectly. This one (8gb) is incredibly slow... 15 Mb to play (acceptable), around 2. 5 Mb to write (more than average) and drops below 1mb!!! read/write. Tested with "HD Speed" on multiple PCS and on 5 identical USB keys ordered at the same time. In use, these tests to be catastrophic can be confirmed, either by transfer of the files or Key bootable with a live Linux. I've never met keys also slow, at least 3 times slower than a key to "normal". Unusable!!! Even usb sticks much older work a lot better! 35 (5x7) Euros of lost!
